自2017年中央印发《推进互联网协议第六版(IPv6)规模部署行动计划》(以下简称《行动计划》)以来,我国IPv6规模部署工作逐渐有序地铺展开。为了全面、准确反映我国IPv6发展状况,为持续有效推进IPv6规模部署工作提供必要的信息支撑,推进IPv6规模部署专家委员会在近日举行的“2020中国IPv6发展论坛”上,发布了中国IPv6发展状况白皮书,分别从用户数、流量、基础资源、云端、网络、终端、应用等多个维度对我国IPv6发展情况进行综合分析。
白皮书中首先指出了我国IPv6发展现状的六个重点方向的情况:
· IPv6规模部署工作广度不断拓展,IPv6活跃用户数持续上升;
· IPv6规模部署工作深度不断推进,IPv6流量大幅上涨;
· IPv6地址量能满足当前发展需求,支持IPv6的网络超过半数;
· 网络全面支持IPv6,LTE网络和宽带接入网络大规模分配IPv6地址;
· 云端就绪度明显提升,内容分发网络和云改造速度提升明显;
· LTE终端瓶颈基本消除,家庭无线路由器支持度较低。
可以看出,《行动计划》发布以来,我国IPv6规模部署工作呈现加速发展态势,取得了积极进展。而后,白皮书从多个维度,以具体数据形式描绘出IPv6的发展蓝图。
IPv6活跃用户数
IPv6活跃用户数是指中国内地具备IPv6网络接入环境,已获得IPv6地址,且在近30天内有使用IPv6协议访问网站或移动互联网应用(APP)的互联网用户数量,直观反映我国网站和移动互联网应用IPv6改造情况。
我国IPv6活跃用户数逐步上升,截至2020年7月,我国IPv6活跃用户数为3.62亿,占比达40.01%。三大基础电信企业加快改造进度,为全国LTE用户和固定宽带接入用户分配IPv6地址。
LTE网络已分配IPv6地址用户数
随着LTE网络端到端改造进程的加速,呈现出移动网络IPv6用户数发展速度大幅领先固定网络的趋势。
2020年7月,三大基础电信企业LTE网络已分配IPv6地址用户数为12.17亿;三大基础电信企业固定宽带接入网络已分配IPv6地址用户数达2.26亿。
IPv6流量
IPv6流量客观体现IPv6协议在我国基础网络中的实际使用情况。监测结果显示,随着互联网应用加大上线力度,城域网流量、LTE网络流量均大幅上升。
截至2020年7月,城域网流入流量达4724.42Gbps,流出流量达到2280.03Gbps;LTE核心网流入流量达4057.10Gbps,流出流量达到314.96Gbps。监测结果表明,LTE核心网IPv6流量增长迅速。
IPv6基础资源
IPv6基础资源反映我国IPv6资源的拥有及使用情况,主要包括IPv6地址拥有量和自治系统(AS)数量。
截至2020年7月,我国已申请IPv6地址资源总量达到50209块(/32),位居世界第二;我国已在互联网中通告的AS数量为609个。在已通告的AS中,支持IPv6的AS数量为325个,占比53.4%。
当前我国IPv6地址申请量保持较快增长,IPv6地址拥有量能够满足当前IPv6商业规模部署的要求,但是随着物联网、车联网、工业互联网快速发展,我国未来对于IPv6地址的需求量依然较大。
云端就绪度
云端就绪度反映我国应用基础设施的IPv6支持就绪程度。截至2020年7月,三大基础电信企业的超大型、大型及中小型IDC已经全部完成了IPv6改造。三大基础电信企业的递归DNS全部完成双栈改造并支持IPv6域名记录解析。
基础电信企业计划改造IDC节点数共计907个,其中,中国电信IDC节点450个,中国移动IDC节点192个,中国联通IDC节点265个,截至2020年7月,已经完成全部907个IDC的IPv6改造。
内容分发网络(CDN)
2020年7月,推进IPv6规模部署专家委员会秘书处对阿里云、腾讯云、网宿科技、金山云、百度云、华为云、京东云、帝联科技、Ucloud、白山云、七牛云、中国移动等12个典型CDN企业的IPv6支持率进行了测试,12家企业IPv4节点数为5054个,经过测试验证,其中,3707个节点经过测试可以提供IPv6服务。12家企业平均IPv6节点占比为75.99%、平均IPv6带宽为77.93%;IPv6地域覆盖率(按地市计算)为76.51%,平均IPv6运营商覆盖率为86.00%。
网络就绪度
网络就绪度反映我国网络基础设施的IPv6支持就绪程度。截至2020年7月,三大基础电信企业的LTE网络、城域网已基本完成IPv6改造,并为用户分配IPv6地址。
截至2020年7月,中国电信、中国移动和中国联通均完成了全国30个省,333个地级市的LTE网络IPv6改造和30个省的城域网网络IPv6改造;同时,其骨干网设备已全部支持IPv6,全面开启IPv6承载服务。
截至2020年7月,13个骨干网直联点已经全部实现了IPv6互联互通,中国电信、中国移动、中国联通、中国广电、教育网和科研网累计开通IPv6网间带宽6.39Tbps;骨干直联点IPv6流量与已开通节点带宽比例小于3%,占比较低,空闲资源较多,利用率不高。
截至2020年7月,三大基础电信企业已开通IPv6国际出入口带宽90Gbps。目前国际出入口IPv6总流量超过已开通总带宽的90%,需加快扩容升级IPv6国际出入口带宽。
终端就绪度
终端就绪度反映我国LTE终端和固定终端IPv6支持就绪程度。在LTE移动终端方面,苹果系统在iOS12.1版本后,安卓系统在Android8.0版本后,已全面支持IPv4/IPv6双栈协议。固定终端包括智能家庭网关及家庭无线路由器。在智能家庭网关方面,三大基础电信企业2018年以来集采的机型已全面支持IPv6,目前正在逐步开展在网存量家庭网关的升级工作。在家庭无线路由器方面,目前市售的主流无线路由器,对IPv6的支持程度较差。
应用可用度
应用可用度反映我国IPv6网站和移动互联网应用部署的情况。监测结果表明,政府、中央企业网站改造进度较好,充分发挥了示范引领作用;中央和省级新闻网站和高校网站IPv6支持率较低,改造亟待提速;商业网站及应用改造明显加速,但由于改造周期较长、牵涉环节较多,改造广度和深度有待提升。
截至2020年7月,国内用户量排名前100位的商业网站及应用,可通过IPv6访问;全国91家省部级政府网站中,主页可通过IPv6访问的网站共有88家,占比为96.7%。全国96家中央企业网站中主页可通过IPv6访问的网站有81个,占比为84.38%;13家中央重点新闻媒体网站中主页可通过IPv6访问的网站共有6家,占比为46.15%;教育部公布的137所“双一流”高校网站中,主页可通过IPv6访问的网站共有73家,占比为53.3%。
白皮书通过平台监测、企业上报、实验室评测、第三方引用等多维度的方法得出了我国IPv6部署情况的详实数据,从书中可以看出,我国IPv6部署已经取得了相当的进展,我们在欣喜于发展成果的同时,也要意识到当下仍然存在各种问题,并准备好面对未来发展中将要面临的各种困难和挑战。
